Dancing in the Airport Privacy Policy

Who we are
Dancing in the Airport (“we”, “us”) is operated by Strawbale Ventures LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
When you use Dancing in the Airport, we collect only what’s needed to make the product work:

We do not collect or sell your precise GPS coordinates, your contacts, your browsing history, or your social-graph data from any third-party network.
Who we share it with
- Supabase (our backend host) — stores everything above on our behalf, encrypted at rest.
- Expo (push delivery) — receives the push token and message preview when we wake your device.
- Apple / Google — for delivery of push notifications via APNs and FCM, respectively.
- Sentry (error reporting) — receives crash + error reports tied to your user id when you opt into telemetry.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party not listed above.
Your rights
You can:
- See your data by opening the Profile tab.
- Edit it at any time from the same tab.
- Delete your account, which removes all of the rows above by cascade. Open Profile → Delete account.
- Withdraw push consent by revoking notification permission in iOS Settings or Android Settings.
- Contact us at help@dancingintheairport.com for any other request, including data export.
If you live in the EU/UK, the legal basis for processing is contract performance (sign-in, messaging) and legitimate interest (location verification, error reporting). If you live in California, the above table is also our CCPA disclosure.
Children
Dancing in the Airport is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, please email help@dancingintheairport.com and we will delete the account.
Changes
If we materially change what we collect, we’ll prompt you in-app before the change takes effect. Older versions of this policy are available on request.
