Dancing in the Airport Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating a Dancing in the Airport account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t sign up. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Dancing in the Airport is operated by Strawbale Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). The service is the Dancing in the Airport mobile app and any related backend.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use Dancing in the Airport, and old enough to form a binding contract in Arizona, USA. You must provide accurate sign-up information.
Acceptable use
Dancing in the Airport is for connecting with other dancers during airport layovers. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or solicit other users.
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content in your profile, headline, or messages.
- Pretend to be at an airport you’re not at, or impersonate another person.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or stress-test the service.
- Use Dancing in the Airport to advertise commercial services.
We may suspend or delete an account that violates these rules at our discretion. The block + report features in-app are the primary way to flag problems for review.
Content you post
You retain ownership of your profile data, photos, and messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display them as needed to operate the service. You’re responsible for making sure your content doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Service availability
We make Dancing in the Airport available on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, or that the app is fit for any particular purpose. The service is provided AS IS, without warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strawbale Ventures LLC’s total liability arising from your use of Dancing in the Airport is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past twelve months (zero, for free accounts). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or missed connections.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service. On termination your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona, USA, unless local law gives you a non-waivable right to a different forum.
Changes
We’ll notify you in-app before material changes take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
